Now autumn is knocking on our doors and windows……it is always nice to remember what we did this summer. We didn´t go abroad. Just stayed around the local hills and walleys.

Once upon a time I knitted a very beautiful sweater in NORO KUREYON….turquoise, brown, green …all the favourite colors…….and a lot of skeins……only to wear it and find out that the sleeves were indeed much to wide….I like wide sleeves but…….I had to do something…….RADICAL…….

YIKES…almost 1 whole skein in excess material………but don´t worry….it has already been added to some nice darkbrown roving to be spun ASAP……..

MUCH BETTER…and have been worn almost since…..autumn is here and time for coffee, knitting and good movies…….

The dream coat from DAZZLING KNITS on the needles……………my mums that is !!!! and at the moment I am putting  a finishing touch to it……more pics soon…….This jacket can be addictive as I already have one in green and probably will knit another one….a perfect stash buster-project.

And I´m knitting on a LISELOTTE…..actually it only needs to be sewn and 3 buttons…………

At work I am working on some replicas of children’s bonnets from the 15th century…..
