A for Alignment and B for beads

Just trying to align my wants and my duties………

I´ve joined the ABC-along 2008

And I believe we´ve already reached C, but I am obsessed with beads , So A for alignment, B for beads.

A fractured vertebrae and some very sore muscles and ligaments for some time to come………
